What can I do with internet banking?

With our internet banking you can exchange, receive and send money via SEPA payments (in EUR). There is also available a special option of online money transfers in EUR to Ukraine.

How to open a bank account in FAS Finance company?

To start the registration process of your individual FAS Finance account, visit our website:
https://my.fasfinance.com/visitor/signup

After filling in your basic personal data you will be redirected to the page with a QR- code which you need to scan using your Google Authenticator application.

Please note, that you will also need to download Google Authenticator to enable two-factor authentication and secure your account from unauthorized actions.

Submit all the required documents:
The identity and bank documents must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue, the proof of address not older than 3.
• First proof of identity (e.g. ID, passport, driving license)
• Second proof of identity (e.g. ID, passport, driving license)
• A proof of address (e.g. utility bill, contract) – NOT A BILL FOR CELLULAR COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
• The EEA country bank statement (something that proves the account ownership)

Once we receive your request, we go through the process of verification of your identity (face-to-face or remote verification). We will inform you via email when your account is verified, and then you can access it.

How can I open a corporate account?


Please, take a look at the standard list of documents required to open a corporate account:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Certificate of Incumbency
• Share Certificates
• Certificate of Directors
• Certificate of Registered office
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Certificate of Good Standing
• Bank statement

Please note that you can submit all the documents related to the company’s activities. They must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue. Additionally, please be aware that for most jurisdictions, an apostille on documents is required (not for all the documents). If there is a link for the website, you can also provide it.

To finish the activation process of the corporate account in a case of remote verification, you are required to make a small deposit (amount is up to you). Please note that the payment must be sent from the corporate bank account only. The director or shareholder cannot make a payment from his personal account to verify the corporate one.

We will inform you via email when your account is verified, and you can access it.

What to do if I don’t receive a verification email?

Please check Spam section and make sure verification email didn’t go there. Some of our emails might be in the Spam, Social or Promotions sections.

In case you didn’t receive email, kindly do the following: please log in our system using your email and password and click on theresend button. Confirmation email will be sent once again in this case.

Can I schedule future transfers?


Yes, you can. Please log in our system using your email and password, then in the right corner click on Send Money. You will be redirected to the page, where you have to choose Amount, Currency and Method of your payment. At the end of the page you will see Deferred Payment options, please click on it and choose the payment date.

How long does it take to send money?

Sepa payment, just like the internal one, is sent within a few seconds. As for the SWIFT payment, it can take a few days for them to be sent.

How can I get a confirmation of outward/inward payments?

Please send a request to our email [email protected] and our colleagues will send it to you in a few minutes.

How can I make an account statement?

Please visit our website via the following link https://my.fasfinance.com/.

The next step is to log in to the system: write your email address, password and press Continue.

After that, depends on your authentication method, you will receive a verification code.

In case you don’t get a code, press Resend

Please write 6-digit authentication code.

Now you are logged in and can start working

At the bottom of the web page, you will see section Transactions, here you can see two inscriptions View All (in the right corner) or View All Transactions (at the bottom).

Click on any of these two inscriptions and you will be redirected to the next page.
When you are in the Transactions section, please click on Statements in the left corner.

In that section in the first line, you can select the Currency and the Period for which you want to receive the statement.

Once you have chosen the Currency and put down the date, please click on Export in the right corner.

After that our system will create an account statement for you which will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

Can I change my email address or phone number?

Yes, you can.

To change your email address or phone number, that is linked to your account, you need to write a request letter asking to change your old email address/phone number to a new one.

If you have access to your old email, you need to send the request letter from it, otherwise send the letter from the new email, that you want to link to your account.
In your request letter, you need to:
1. specify the reason for changing your email address or phone number,
2. mention your new and old email address/phone number,
3. as well as write your personal data (your full name and company name, if you have a corporate account).

To confirm your identity:
1. you must attach a selfie with the ID document that was uploaded to the system during the account registration.
The request letter must be:
1. signed
2. sent as an attachment to [email protected].
